On in stock items, we ship within 24-48 hours after the receipt of
your order. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or
Sundays.
You will be notified by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt
of
your order if there will be a delay in shipping. Please make sure
you
provide us with a daytime phone number and accurate email address.
Multiple shipping locations will require separate shipping cost.
Orders
for laundry products or other heavy merchandise may require
additional shipping cost of $ 3.00 (We strive to cover our actual
shipping costs).
For Express Mail, 2nd day or overnight service please contact us
for
total shipping charges.

will try our best to make sure that the items you want are in
stock. If for any reason, the item you ordered is temporarily out
of
stock, you will be notified via email.
The unavailable item(s) can the be place in a “backorder”
status for
you, and you will receive an email message letting you know when
your backorder item will be available. |

Returns

Merchandise
may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
All packages are mailed insured; if your package arrives damaged by
the carrier, contact us as soon as possible and save the original
box
and packaging for the inspection of the carrier.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Please
allow one to two billing cycles before the credit appears on your
credit
card. Shipping Charges are not refundable and customer is responsible
for return shipping.
Special orders, monogrammed items, and sale items are not returnable.

to returning a package so that we will expect your return. Please
send
the package via FedEx, UPS or Insured Priority Mail. Proof of purchase
(receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns/exchanges.

returned items must be in new, unused and original condition
with all tags attached and with original packing materials. |
Packages should be shipped insured – we are not responsible for
lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. We will not be able to refund
your
money for items damaged due to improper packaging.

take every precaution to ensure that your order will arrive
unharmed. However, should damage occur in transit, please retain
all packing materials and damaged merchandise and call 800-310-3868 or email
orders@rumor-hasit.com
We will arrange for an inspection by the carrier and upon receipt
of
a damage report by the carrier and the returned merchandise we will
gladly replace or refund the order as quickly as possible.
Failure to report within 7 days will void all claims. |
